The hosting and technical providers may receive essential logs such as IP address, time, requested page, browser type and diagnostic events. They are used to deliver pages, prevent abuse and resolve failures.
Fields stay in the browser and prepare an email draft. The site does not receive or store them on its server. If the visitor sends the email, the controller receives the submitted contact and project information through the parties’ email providers.
Submitted data is used to reply, assess a product hypothesis and maintain business correspondence. It is retained until the discussion ends or consent is withdrawn, unless law requires longer retention.
Do not include a diagnosis, test results, treatment, information about another person’s health or medical files. The form is not a patient consultation channel.
